Brewing Guide

Follow the standard workflow for assembly and brewing.
The silicone spacers come in 0.5 mm and 1 mm thickness, so you can choose the best fit for your setup. They protect the bottom of your filter basket from scratches during use and installation and help keep your equipment in good condition over time.

The included silicone ring secures the puck screen during brewing, but it is optional, you can use it if preferred or keep your original setup if you are already used to it.

About the Aluminum Canister

The included aluminum storage container is designed to help protect accessories and provide short-term storage for coffee beans. Before use, make sure the interior is clean and completely dry.

Apply the degassing valve sticker over the center opening on the lid, and the container can then be used for storing coffee beans or organizing baskets and accessories. It also helps keep contents dust-free and neatly separated for everyday use.

Cleaning & Care｜清潔與保養

Daily Cleaning 日常清潔
Rinse the basket with clean water immediately after each extraction to reduce coffee oil and fine-ground buildup and keep it in optimal condition.
每次萃取完成後，請立即以清水沖洗粉碗，以減少咖啡油脂與細粉殘留，維持粉碗的最佳狀態

Deep Cleaning 深層清潔

If the holes become clogged with coffee oils or fine grounds, clean the basket in an ultrasonic cleaner for about 2 minutes per cycle. If buildup persists, repeat once more — do not exceed two cleaning cycles.

For holes that are difficult to clean, filling the ultrasonic cleaner with hot water can help soften the coffee grounds and oils for more effective cleaning. Please check your ultrasonic cleaner's manual for the maximum recommended water temperature, as excessive heat may damage the tank or internal components.

If your ultrasonic cleaner cannot tolerate hot water, soak the basket in a separate container of hot water for about 5 minutes to soften the grounds and oils, then transfer it to the ultrasonic cleaner.

若孔洞因咖啡油脂或細粉堆積而阻塞，可使用超音波清洗機清潔，每次約 2 分鐘。若仍有殘留，可再清洗一次，但總清洗次數請勿超過 2 次

若孔洞較難清潔，可在超音波清洗機中加入熱開水進行清潔，有助於軟化咖啡粉與油脂，提升清潔效果。請先查閱清洗機說明書所建議的水溫上限，避免水溫過高損壞清洗槽或機器內部元件

如果超音波清洗機無法承受過高水溫，可先在其他容器中以熱開水浸泡約 5 分鐘，軟化咖啡粉與油脂後，再放入超音波清洗機中清潔

Stain Removal 污漬處理
For tea stains, coffee stains, or water marks, gently wipe the surface with a small amount of lemon juice or white vinegar. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and dry completely after cleaning.
若表面產生茶漬、咖啡漬或水漬，可使用少量檸檬汁或白醋輕輕擦拭。清潔後請以清水沖洗乾淨，並保持乾燥。

Notes 注意事項
Do not use baking soda, sodium percarbonate, stain remover powder, reducing acid cleaners, abrasive cleaners, steel brushes, or rough scouring pads. These may scratch the oxide layer, dull the surface finish, or cause fading or discoloration on anodized crystal-pattern surfaces.
請勿使用小蘇打粉、過碳酸鈉、去漬粉、還原酸類清潔劑、研磨性清潔劑、鋼刷或粗糙菜瓜布進行清潔。上述清潔方式可能刮傷氧化膜、損及表面光澤，並導致陽極上色或冰晶紋理表面褪色、變色
